Hello from Louisiana

  • Hi all,
    You can call me Red and I'm from southeast Louisiana. I came here through a web search regarding Ideal Protein. I'm trying to lose about 40-50#. My goal would be my high school weight, which is around 150. I work a lot and exercise almost 4-5 days a week. I think this is going to be especially hard for me since CrossFit is my vice, and has been ever since I started it in April 2013. I'm planning on starting Ideal Protein in the next week or so, I'm hunting around for the right place to go and sign up for IP currently. I think this is going to be a little difficult since they say not to workout on IP, but I won't know that for sure until I meet with my nurse/guide.

    Anyway, that is my semi long introduction. Hopefully this will be a nice support system for me.
