I'm in a friend's wedding on 3/29 and the temptation is to go on some crazy crash diet to get skinny, but I've learned from my past history, a surefire way for me to GAIN weigh is to try to LOSE weight. My resolution is No crazy crash diets!!! Sticking to the 5 point plan (no eating after 8PM, water, yoga, focus on fruit and veg, and cardio for my mind) Goal is to be a comfortable 145 for the wedding (weighed in at 149.8 this morning).
My affirmation - I am so grateful to weigh a comfortable 145 ON Sunday, March 29. I'm so glad to be able to celebrate with L and her soon-to-be husband.
