Focusing on success is a key for me, too, I think. I read somewhere, recently, that if you think about willpower as being like a skill, or like muscles--something you practice/use and it gets stronger--it really does improve over time. Like "Oh, I said no to that craving. I'm getting better at this! It'll be easier next time!" Probably, every good habit is like that, right? Walking more steps today will make it easier to walk more steps every day! Same with food choices!

I really wish there were a high-5 emoji. This is the closest one: High-5!
Even if you cannot find a decal you could probably make your own... do one up on the computer and frame it in a pretty frame... that is what I do sometimes...

I think that is probably right comparing willpower to muscles or a skill... I know it seems to be that way for me... my problem is the doing it... I have to be in that right frame of mind I guess... well I am there right now... and I lost 4 pounds this week... so that is a good start and oh so good for wanting to keep going....

Cherry - I am glad that the suggestions help... I have always tended to dress in black as much as possible... and when I know I need to get out of that habit I would wear one thing bright or different and before I knew it I was wearing a whole outfit. You can do this!!! I have faith in you!!!

    this one works for me!!!
