Mini-goal: Losing 20 lbs till 1st may

    I have been struggling a lot with my yo-yo diets and now I want to lose almost 20 lbs till 1st May. I lost 40 lbs in 2013 but then gained back because I lost motivation in the end. Now I have more than 40 lbs to lose but my first mini-goal is to lose 20 lbs till May.
    I will be logging whatever I eat on a diary and will try to eat 1400 cals and avoid carbs as much as I can. (No bread, no rice, no sugar)
    I will also start c25k this month to help me achieve my goal. On other days, just walk for an hour and exercise will be fine. Anyone who wants to join me and has similar goals, is welcome.
