    Diana: My DH is a 4x cancer survivor, 3 of those events in the last 4 years; so I know how stressful this situation with your hubby is for you. Keeping a cheerful, positive outlook is important at this time for both you and your DH.     I couldn't do any stretching last night due to watching Survivor and The AR. Tomorrow is my early day, so I need to get to bed early tonight. Based on that I did my stretch today after my workout.

    It's been such a long, hot mess week at work. The icing on the cake was a student throwing up in the van on way back to school from the ymca.

    Diana- which is your favorite les mills combat workout? I only bought the basic set. I tried power kata 45 for the first time today. It was good but it will take time to get used to compared to turbo fire.

    Teacher Great job on the pound! I think Kata 45 is slower and I didn't like it as well. My favorites are the two 30's and the two 60's. I'm not a fan of the two phyo/body weight workouts either.
