    This is just a great article for anyone considering it. Or to share with partners, kids, parents, friends, coworkers to explain why you are doing what you are doing or to nudge them to try.

    And no I don't personally have as much meat as here. But the true beauty of this approach is not only are natural fats super healthy for us but they naturally curb appetite. No more calorie counting! Which doesn't work for most anyway. For some yes.

    Also you lose fat this way NOT muscle which is exactly what you want to happen.
