    B: Ham & cheese omelet

    S: apple / string cheese

    L: chicken stirfry (with about a million almonds)

    s: about 10 pieces of no sugar added candy (how sick do I feel???)

    D: Can't even think about it after all that candy ... I'm hungry but there is nothing I feel like eating ...

    Tippy... your dinner was not a disaster ... all that candy I ate was a disaster (ughhhhh!!!)

    I just wasn't that hungry today...hope I'm not coming down with something.

    Decided to TRY and post what I eat...it may make me more accountable? It's worth a shot:

    Friday:

    Steak, steamed green beans, spinach salad

    Chocolate ricotta "mousse"

    veggies and hummus

    B
    2 eggs cooked over mushroom/chicken "hash"

    Plus the coffee w/ff h&h I had when I woke up. I think that is it.

    I never know how to document my meals...I usually go from when I get up (in this case on Friday) to when I go to bed (Saturday morning) I guess it doesn't much matter?
