  • I have not been to the gym in 19 days....

    I had a loss in the family, and it's been a crazy month because of that. But I am ready to get back. I need to get back to my full routine to feel sane again. Tonight I will go back to the gym. I'm not going to bother revising my goal for this month, but I wanted to post here to keep myself accountable. Please someone check up with me tonight and kick me in the tush if I haven't gone!

    I was supposed to start my 5K training this month, but I'm going to push that off a bit. All the travel this month has left me too broke to get shoes. But that doesn't mean I can't work out!

    gardenerJoy I often think of you when I'm playing music and dance around in the kitchen I remember awhile ago you saying about free form or free style dancing just get things moving and stretching.

  • Thanks guys I managed 30 hard minutes on the Arc trainer last night and holy cow was that a lot tougher than I expected. My heart rate got up higher than I have seen it in like a year. Felt good though...
