-Slipfree, thank you for your kind words. It is so nice to know we are really never alone in this battle/war! I made it through the summer weddings in beautiful style. Our son and his new bride drove across country to Baltimore to set up in their new house so I am happy. They are deliriously in love even after knowing each other for nine years.

So I think I let go after the big events and then succumbed to my previous bad habits and lack of dealing positively with stress.

I had always thought, like many of us do, that I would NEVER gain it back, never have to buy the fat clothes again, NEVER leave Onderland but it can happen.

I realize know that eternal vigilance is the only way to make this work.

I saw this "commercial" last night in movie previews. I hope it is okay to post the link. It reminded me of my before/ just starting IP. I've definitely been more aware of why I might desire to eat besides being hungry since being on IP.
