My boyfriend recently started MF on the 5 & 1 plan. My question is on canned salmon for the boyfriend's lean and green meal. Would it be 5oz drained with no healthy fats added? Just wanted to double check. Thanks!

I would say yes but there is a Medifast site with forums you can ask a Medifast dietician
