It looks like you've done amazing already, and wow, you're getting down near your goal... Is the weight loss slowing down a lot? It sounds like it gets slower closer to goal.... but you must have so much more energy already. 220 pounds lost! Amazing! (you're technically half the man you were :P)

Welcome to the forum! What an impressive weight loss! Great work. There are a lot of people here with much knowledge and support for others. You definitely won't be alone with so many wonderful people.
