Good afternoon coaches,
Food was within calories yesterday, credit. The Chinese restaurant also had a curry dish, so that's what I choose. I'm sure the sauce had coconut milk, but at least the chicken was thin slices of white meat. I had the lunch special which was a smaller portion, rice and egg drop soup. Dinner was just berries and a low fat yogurt to keep my calories in line, credit.
This morning I did my Bell Pass hike, credit. Food is planned and within calories, credit. I even read my cards this morning and I"ll have to say that's because I woke up at 3:30 and there isn't a whole lot to do at that time in the morning.
I'll pick DH up at the airport tonight at 11 p.m. Way past my bedtime, so I may even try to catch a nap or more before that and set the alarm so I don't forget to get him.

Nationalparker I can almost feel your determination. I hope things come together easily for you and that some pounds start slipping off. Why is it that sometimes it is some much more difficult than other times? It is almost a part time job for me lately.

Maryann Good for you for wearing clothes that fit and look nice. I am so bad that when my weight is up I don't want to pay as much for clothes and yet I know that's exactly when I should. I'm so grateful to be heading in the right direction (barely, but I'm feeling hopeful), that my better things will be fitting soon.
