Hello. I see in other forums that there are threads for logging food. I tend to spend all my time in the 300+ forum and am going to begin this here. Feel free to join me to post your daily food/exercise journal. I hope to be accountable here and to give and receive support.
I use the WW points plus system. My daily allotment is 46. I will post weights here too.

I had a very high point day. I had a late meeting and ended up grabbing snacks and then afterwards went and picked up a frozen pizza to eat. I am disappointed in my behaviour. I WI tuesday mornings and begin my new week then with my weekly points etc.
All I can do is be accountable and move forward from here.
