    I'm definitely happy with this week's weigh in. I've had quite a few nights out/social events this past week, and I'm proud to say I stuck to my plan every time.

    Getting adjusted to this phase of weight loss...I go down a couple pounds, then bounce up and down a 2 lb range for a while. I was really hoping that once I saw Onederland, there'd be no going back to the 200's, but I guess it's not going to work that way.

    Oh well, I'll get there in the end.

    I have lost 5 pounds since the challenge started. I hope to lose another 5-10 pounds before the end of the challenge. Best wishes to all.

    I weighed in today at 156.8 after low/no carbs yesterday. Hoping to keep this going.
