MauiKai you are so close to goal that your weight loss is bound to slow down. I'm sorry you're struggling. Your body has probably gotten very efficient. Are you doing any kind of interval training?
The best advice I can offer is what's already in your signature! Don't give up. Slow progress is still progress and even if the scale isn't moving I'll bet you're still getting more fit.
Welcome Workinglikeadog! You sound upset to be up to the mid 160's and I'm thrilled to be down to the mid 160's, but I definitely agree with you that the 150's sound much better!!! I have no idea why but I'm more excited to get to that weight than any other decade so far.
