Need Guidance

  • Hello All,

    I am going through some stressful times right now in my life and find myself turning to food for comfort. This weekend I binged on Taco Bell. I ate it so fast I didn't even taste it. I am so disgusted with myself. Ugh. I never binged before. I never want to again.

    I don't know if an eating plan would help, I'm not sure where to really start. I'm not good at diets. I'm totally lost.

    I know exactly how your feeling but I think the worst thing you can do is dwell on it. Dont wait till tomorrow to start over. Start over at this very minute and forgive yourself.

    Oh I'm not about to give up when I'm just getting started. I just don't know what steps to take in terms of an eating plan.
