On Feb 19 this year I started my journey and today, just short of 6 months, I hit my first mini-goal of 75 pounds...with a couple to spare 77 pounds gone, reduced BMI from 45.6 to 33.5 and body fat percentage from almost 50% to 38%.
Now I've got 60 to go for my end goal, but only 15 pounds to get under 200 pounds in over 20 years. I can't even imagine how good that will feel!
Goal #1 - 75 pounds CHECK!
Goal #2 - 100 pounds
Goal #3 - Goal weight of 154, total of 137 pounds
