So, is it just me or does anyone else have obnoxious, hard to lose extra pounds that come up while on your period? My weight loss has been great each month, but then I have my period and it sets me back like 5 pounds even though I don't eat differently! Thankfully this time it was only 3 pounds but still.
And these regained "period pounds" as I like to call them are really hard to lose again. It makes me plateau for about a week or so.
Anyone else have this problem or know how to help it?
