  • Thanks for the bday wishes!! Today's the day!! 49!! So all this year I will be marching towards 50!! Can't weigh and ate off plan the past 2 days...logged all my food....boy can I eat a lot!! Yikes...the scale is going to be painful tomorrow!! And no...none of it was worth it..just lack of self control. I have been exercising so that's good...going for the "my cup is half full" attitude here because my journey has never been "perfect"!! HA!!

    Best wishes for an on-plan day...back on track for me!! It's the gift I am giving to myself because I am worth it!!!

    Had a great weekend in Nashville but I paid for it on the scales. HOWEVER today it is gone! Whoop!! So that is a good thing. Seems that birthdays do get in the way.

    ---anybody else wake up and not want to eat breakfast? I am not even hungry but I force myself to have an Atkins shake.....likely not enough. should i force myself to eat or try and make up for it later in the day?? Thoughts?? I know I have to eat to loose.....

    Me.. welll I had a BIGTIME Woosh of weight loss... It threw me for a loop as I did not expect this loss (I actually weighed a whole lb less 2 hours later.. but using that lower no for tomorrow as I will need the buffer doing dinner at Longhorn tonight - SALTY Parm Chicken and a salad)
