1 Week Challenge - Whatever you wish! 6/17-6/23

  • How about a what ever you wish challenge for a week? Like exercising, or water drinking or stick to Induction or whatever you wish! Make it your own!! Something new or something that you know you need to stoip doing...

  • MY Challenge for a week is to NOT EAT ANY NUTS! None. Zippo, Nadda! I love my Cocoa coated or Cinnamon coated Almonds.. but Not for this week!

    6/17 - NO nuts! Tho I craved them Badly at 11:30 am!!!!
    6/18 - NO Nuts! I made it thru another day.. TOUGH TOUGH Tough TOO! LOL
    6/19 - NO Nuts... its getting alittle easier! and the scale is showing it! woohoo!
    6/20 - NO Nuts!
    6/21 - No Nuts.... Hanging in there.. 2 more days LOL
  • I'm still in induction so I don't get nuts so I will give up heavy cream, it has been my sugar substitute and a whole week without might not only make a difference but NOT kill me lol...

  • Hi Sue - Been on the road a lot lately but I am still exercising everyday!! 40 minutes on an elliptical already today! Dinner choices were all high carb last night so I ate Caesar salad no croutons with about a half crab cake .......there better be some eggs this morning!! None of the pasta or desserts beckoned me which was great...as I am "allergic" to them and they make me fat!! HA!

  • Hello Lulu.. I so miss your posts and I am sorry that you have been traveling so much! I hope you get home soon! and WOW that you have been logging in 238 days! That is Amazing.. I just have a food journal and I think I missed 1 day in 1 1/2 years.. I love seeing what I ate this time last year! LOL I hope you are Happy and enjoying everyday!
  • Hi Sue - I made another post in Atkins but I am going to try to eat at induction level. I've calculated the last 30 days and averaged about 1500 calories and about 80 carbs a day that's with exercise so I'm going to try to eat closer if not at induction. I really want to move on down. I still keep trying on my goal jeans and I still have a muffin top!! HA!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!
