I've gone my whole life overweight, and this is the week I start doing something about it.
This week I will NOT; drink pop, eat fast food, watch more than one hour of TV a day, have desserts, or eat any junk food.
This week I WILL; walk at least one hour a day, cook all of my meals, include veggies, park farther away from the door at work and while shopping, and not be so down on myself.
Gonna be a rough week.
