Looking to see if there is anyone else doing the McDougall lifestyle? We have been doing it for about 2 months. My husband has lost 25+lbs im down 15+ lbs. Just looking for someone to chat with who is doing this with me. Or even if you have gone vegan to lose weight it is similar to what I'm doing. Let me know I could use someone to talk to!
