    Diana- no big plans this weekend, just hanging with my family. It's very hot here this weekend... it's in the 90's. Nut sure how much I'll work this week. I work Mon afternoon but not sure about the rest of the week. Any fun weekend plans for you?

    Teacher No fun plans, just trying to get things done. I went to the library and checked out a couple yoga DVD. I also checked out Fireproof for us to watch tonight. We enjoyed watching it. Great job on the TJ!

    How's the weather with everyone? It's so hot here.. breaking records. I'd be okay with the heat if the water classes were going. My parents pool is open but still a little cold for swimming.

    today- ymca inter yoga 1 hour... part of the class we used foam rollers. This was a new and difficult workout! I was so happy when the class was over.
