For fun I decorate cakes. I'm not overly artistic, so I bought the topper from an etsy seller. Then I made the cake (and mushrooms) So much fun. I love the whimsy. I love the nature feel to it too. It's one of my favorite cakes I've ever made. Super fun to make and it was soooo yummy. So much for the calorie count today, but at least it was GOOD!



Cake is chocolate butter cake with ganache icing. Filled with hazelnut crunch buttercream and sour cherries.

Yum! Our neighbor makes awesome cakes its so fun to see all the cool ones she makes! She made a train for her grandsons birthday a few weeks ago it was AWESOME!
