  • I contribute much of my weight loss success to drinking 1/2 my body weight in water daily up to 100 ounces max per day and finding an exercise program you enjoy and sticking with it. I lost 86 lbs in 9 months back in 2005-06 doing this and following the low-carb way of eating.
