  • Although I would love to make my goal 10lbs, I only lost 7 in March, so let's go with 8 lbs again!

    Wow It just hit me how long it's been since I've seen the 180s!

  • So I am really excited to write that I am going for my MAIN goal this month.

    I am 3.8 lbs away from my final goal (for now)! I've actually only been losing an average of a little over 2 lbs a month in 2014, so not sure if I'll get there, but I'm definately going to try

  • Starting weight 200.8, Goal weight 192. Just over 8lbs should be doable. More importantly I want to see a reduction in inches when I meet with my personal trainer on April 15th for measurements.
