  • Lost another 3 pounds. 8 pounds to go to meet my challenge goal.

    That is FANTASTIC! I hope you feel AMAZING!!

    I have 4 more pounds to hit my challenge goal. If I buckle down I might just make it! Feeling really really good today. Hit a good number on the scale AND got a compliment from a co-worker whom I havent seen in a couple months (she works in a separate facility) and she was complimenting me left and right. It was so awesome! It's really motivating me through this challenge and to conquer the next ones!
  • I ended up maintaining my weight for the second challenge. While I'm grateful for that, I see so many ways and places I dropped the ball. With that said I am excited to get started on this 3rd challenge!
