  • I like chit chat/accountability threads! I'm on board!

    I was doing ridiculously well staying on plan for a while there. The last week or so I've been struuuuuggling, and now for two day I've gone over my calories. Yesterday with pizza, today with pizza AND ice cream. I mean, I won't lie, I loved every bite haha. But I also know that I need to get back to work. Mehhhhhh
  • March really kicked my @ss. I am trying hard to adjust my food and diet to my new schedule but it has been really hard. Here is hoping for a better April.

    Radiojane, You can do it and you will I've weighed daily for so many years, it's habit. Even when I fall off the wagon and don't post it here. I have a chart some where that I keep it I say make the chart and fill it in when you want. I've also found that keeping a weigh in chart and then using a food log helps to compare when I've had good times. So if I really mess up I can go back to what worked well.
