I'm trying to be realistic... There was a time when if my weight fluctuated even .2 gained I would throw a fit and starve myself for the rest of the day. THIS time I am trying to be more healthy and realistic and enjoy my journey, not dread it.
Unfortunately, the scale fluctuations still drive me crazy. Even though I know it's not fat gain I still get disappointed and feel like I'll never reach my goal with those damn fluctuations!
Do you get upset when you see any sort of gain? If so or if not, how do you cope with it and try to keep realistic expectations of yourself?
