I had never heard of it until 2 weeks ago and noticed a neighbour had lost a huge amount of weight. She told me about it, only available on line in the UK.
I have been on it a week and have lost 10lbs. Its only a drop in the ocean of the amount I need to lose and I know 10lbs is just a one off but I'm really thrilled and wondered if any other Brit was on it, and on here so that we can buddy up.
