  • I didn't quite make my goal of 179.9 for February, but it was a very lofty goal and I am not discouraged! my only fear is that I may encounter some difficulties, since this week was my first week back to work full time. Just have to keep my goals in the back of my head the whole time.

  • I'm in! My goal this month is to lose 6 lbs. I've started cutting back on carbs as well as calorie counting and working out so I hope this will help me lose faster.
