  • SeeMyFeet, I'm the same way. I've been lucky so far this challenge that my weekly numbers have all been consistently dropping, but I always use a spreadsheet to track my 7-day average and make a graph so I can see if my weight is trending downward even on the 'up' days.

    See, column C is the target weight for the day, D is actual weight, E is the average weight for the last 7 days, and F is my calorie intake for the day. Little neurotic, maybe, but I loooove having all the information laid out in front of me like that. Keeps me from freaking out if I'm up a pound or two some days.

  • Down a little more water weight this week! Hoping to be cruising to goal by next week!
  • Ugh. Hitting a rough patch here. Suddenly I just want to eat every cookie, snack cake, tub of ice cream, or candy bar around...usually when I crave something like crazy I just drink water and I'm fine but the past few days my mind is so clouded that I don't even REMEMBER to breathe and drink water. Today I weighed in officially 10 pounds down from where I started, andj ust like that I feel like I'm back to square one as far as my emotions go! Ugh!

  • I guess I don't need to ask how you are doing anymore, xriotgirl since you lost nearly 3lbs. Way to go!!!! I do hope you are feeling better now though!

    159.8 for the week. Slowly but surely, I will reach my goal challenge if this keeps up!

  • Down 2.2 this week, after a few weeks of stall. I recently started a bodyweight strength program, so I was patient during the stall. I had convinced myself last night that no matter what today's weigh-in showed, I would raise my daily calories. Now, of course, I'm not so sure. I think I'll keep them where I'm at for now. I plan on adding more activity either this week or next (walking mostly) so I will evaluate my results from there.
  • I am so bummed out. I have really let myself get too relaxed over diet and exercise. -- There is noway I am going to meet my goal.... I'll see how low I can go though. Makes me sad that I screwed up and took 6 weeks off...I could be 6 pounds lighter, not 3 pounds heavier. That is nearly 10 pound difference where I should be today.

    Soooo, I am recommitting today. I already walked and today is my fast day. We are going out to dinner but I will order some salmon and side veggies.

    When I cut my insane eating cycle I usually do it by fasting one day; somehow it helps to cut the cravings.

    I hope everyone is doing well (better than I ).

    Well, that sucks. I've been on-plan all week, but my weight has been bouncing up and down like crazy. Water retention issue of some sort, I'm guessing. My 7-day average looks fine, but today's weight looks baaaaaaaaad.
