  • It's been a little while since I have posted. I lost ~5 lbs in January. Slow and steady I guess. A little nervous about my weigh in today. Was planning on going to weigh in at WW at 8:30 am, but decided to go to the 10:00 am. (what am I waiting for)? I didn't excercise as Iwould have liked this week and I'm a bit bummed by that! Anyway enough witht he procrastinating I'm off to WW to see where I am officially. I have been hovering above and below 193 for a few weeks now...getting a little discouraged .

  • I'm used to copying/pasting new results as I go. I never go back to the begnning of the thread, always look for the new posts only. And not everyone's original post is on the first page, makes it complicated to follow. That's my take on it anyway,but just like for weight loss, everyone has to find what works for them
