Hello... Again

  • Hello there! Wow, it has been a long time since I have been here. I am sure most of you don't remember me so i will just give a little bit of information about me. I have had some ups and downs (literally) since I have been away. I lost almost 30 pounds on Weight Watchers, but could not afford to continue to pay for it each month and had to quit. I did okay on my own for a little while, but I lost the drive and the support I had with the meetings. I have put most of that weight back on. I still can not afford to go back on WW, but that does not mean I am just going to give up. I can count calories for free, and find support here on the boards! I felt so good losing those 30 pounds. I want to do that again and this time I want to continue to lose and get to my goal!! My plan of attack is going to be counting my calories, eating cleaner, less processed foods, and doing my Richard Simmons workout DVDs 6 days a week! know that I can do it!! I am looking forward to being back here and to getting to know you all again and give and get support! See you around the boards!

  • Welcome back.I just joined last week but agree that counting calories is free and can be done.I counted calories and carbs and lost 15 lb in 2 months.
    Everything you need is in the computer and the only thing I bought was a food scale and whey protein powder.I am still continuing to count cals and carbs and hope to lose another 5 to 10 lb.Of course I will still have to count when I reach goal to maintain my weight.
