    Hi all,

    I just wanted to say , because with all the support and recipes and encouragement on this site, I am down a size! This is a HUGE deal for me because it means I get to go up in the attic and get out some clothes that haven't fit in YEARS and wear them! (In fact, I'll be wearing my "new" clothes to work tomorrow!) I'm really excited and this just motivates me to keep going!

    I'm so glad I found this site...thanks to all of you for all that you do to support me and each other!
