I have that problem. I'm mostly sedentary even with daily exercise according to my pedometer. Unfortunately I can't increase my activity level further until I lose more weight because my weight causes back and knee pain. So I'm stuck using less than even the minimum amount of points. It doesn't bother me too much though because my hunger seems to match my activity level.
