    Today is day 6. The weekend was hard, but I got through it. The holidays sure aren't making this easy.

    Yay, I made it to day 7 of staying within my calorie range today. Is that all it is? I also did a 10 minute session of my Pilates DVD.

    Wannaskip, congrats on exercising! That's a big deal!! Most are not doing anything over the holidays. At least, we're trying.

    Danielle, we were posting at the same time. lol Congrats to you for continuing to drink water! That's not easy to do when it's so cold out, but your body thanks you for it.

  • Ok, I'm going to try again. This past week has been crazy with it being our last week before Christmas break. I will get my water in one way or another
