Haven't posted since 9/5. I was waiting for a whoosh. I have adjusted what I am eating (I am doing WW at home) within my plan and I finally saw the scales move! I was bouncing back and forth between 266-268 but this morning I was 262.6! I am hoping to add some walking/jogging into my exercise routine (if you can call water aerobics M-F a routine).......I know my weight will go up when I start that but the extra fluid will, eventually, flush off. I was hoping to be at 259.9 by the end of the month. If the running weight levels off soon enough, I may try to be closer to 255.

I'm down to 266- I've lost 22 lbs since August 1st, but it's slowing down. Optifast can be hard, but even though I want to eat sometimes, I'm not cheating.

It's good to read how everyone is doing. Keep up the good work!

ugh. I ate nachos and rice yesterday. Both of which had a ton of salt. I didn't go over my daily calorie budget but I ballooned up 3 pounds from the sodium and I didn't drink enough water. Such a rookie mistake. I know I will flush it out, but seeing the higher number is so discouraging! I hate it.

I weighed in yesterday at 255 - down 6 lbs and I'll take it even though I jumped on and saw a 253 this weekend Walked 2 miles this morning, for the 7th weekday in a row…hoping to make it a habit…

Ahh I definitely know that feeling, (i actually bloat most days if not daily) but you shouldnt deprive yourself of your favourite foods :P just feel good knowing that its definitely NOT fat & will flush away quickly

Hi everyone. I have not been on for a while but wanted to update on my progress so far. The last time I commented on this thread I was 268lbs and that was back in June. I am happy to say that I am at 250lbs!! This is the lowest weight I have been in 10 years and although it's still pretty high, I feel great. Good luck to everyone. "See" you all soon.
