I am wanting to start a daily plank challenge for myself and others that would like to complete a challenge like this as well! Basically you set the goal for yourself, how many planks you want to do each day and for how long. We can keep this going for 30 days or longer!
My plan is to do daily planks as long as I can during my pregnancy, I would like to do at least 90 days, possibly more!
State your goals and keep track by posting your stats each time you log in for accountability. We can keep each other motivated and encourage each other when some days we don't feel like doing it!
