  • So since I’ve a couple of planned days off exercise due to graduation events and I’ve just started a new job, I’m going to alter my goals this month. I need to learn to balance my 9-5 job and the gym. That will be what I'm going to focus on for November.

    Goals for November:
    • Gym 16 times.
    • 100 miles.
    • 1000 minutes of exercise (at the gym).

    My goal is to keep it moving
    5-6 miles on gym days in an hours time (trying to learn to run) <--- THIS ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN
    UPDATE I'll set my goal to do 80 miles a month
    Wednesday is my official rest day ... others will be added I'm sure since there is always something going on with us

  • I'm in again. My goal this month is 2,000 minutes of exercise. That's a bit lower than last month, because I'm starting to get busier at work and I'll soon be at 60 to 70 hours per week...which doesn't leave too much time for other things.
  • Count me in! Wasn't completely successful with my goals last month so will try it again

    Goal: walk at least 20 min a day (brisk pace, to youtube vid suggested by my buddy here!) So....
    Brisk Walk - 20 min a day EVERY DAY x 30 days = 600 min for November 2013

    (Note To Myself: I didn't even begin to make my goal for October, but I have to keep in mind a personal Super goal level for me which is: 3x a week, double the walking for an added 60 min week x 4 week = 240 additional minutes for a "super goal" of 840 minutes for Nov!)

    Suzanne, we really are a lot alike! I see you share my amazing math skills, lol! (20 x 30 is 600 minutes dear. An additional 240 is 840. ) Hey, I got your back, although notice that I dropped stating my goal in minutes altogether after messing up simple addition on just the second day last month, lol!
