So last Saturday I hosted a huge party and prepared a feast. I planned to stay OP and has a salad with roasted chicken breast before the guests arrived, just before 6 pm. I stuck to my water with lemon, but since the party was not ending (guests left at 3:30 am), I found my cooked saurkraut and sausage just too tempting. Funny how I did not find the sweets and pastries tempting. So I had some saurkraut and a cooked sausage. I know that it is not OP, but I had no carbs, got back to being on plan the next day. I also don't think that it messed with me being in ketosis as I did not have any cravings and was not hungry the day after. I had a big loss last week, so I am not expecting much this week.
I had that darn saurkraut and sausage burning a hole in my conscience, just had to get it off my chest
