  • Avalon, you have already hit on one of my strategies for staying 100%, which is to just GO TO BED if it is evening. I am never that hungry in the morning.

    Another 'go to' strategy for me is to drink hot drinks, and I especially find the Ideal Tisane to be helpful. That product contains a mild appetite suppressant, which I find usually stops my hunger in its tracks.

    I am in Phase 4 now (maintenance), but keep myself on a pretty tight leash.
