The same 300 grams I gained from Feb 25 to Mar 4 I have now lost again. Not enough to make a difference on the scale. Getting a bit bummed, here. Went c25king 3 times last week, lifted weights, went walkies, was just generally busy running around doing stuff and ate (I thought!) okay. What gives?
