The little ups and downs that show with daily weighs is why I do not care for the daily weights.

Now, this one, is the one I was looking forward to two weeks back

Glad to see it anyway

05:179.5 Really no reason for this! 1400 calories and 45 minutes on an elliptical, and this is what I get? Maybe ovulation???
06:176.6 Liked seeing this but suspect I'm a little dehydrated.

08:177.7 Still under on cals but had more carbs than usual yesterday and slept horribly - elliptical again today.
09: no weigh-in - slept horribly again
10: 176.4
11: 177.1 Yay! I got sleep last night - making cauliflower "potatoes" today. Making extra for leftovers to justify the mess.
