    Can anybody tell if these would be okay in phase 1? It looks like 0/0/0, but I can't tell.

    Hi. I have heard they are ok. I like Miracle Noodles, and my coach said they were good to use. These look similar.

    I think it is the same as miracle noodles. The IP chats after the videos say you can have one pack a day. I tried them years ago and couldn't stand the texture. Lots of people online have suggestions as to how to prepare them.
