Woohoo! Lost a lb overnight and now I'm at 182.5, a half lb below my October goal weight!
I'm just really excited to be headed toward my next mini-goal! I've included my ticker from 4 years ago in my signature because it helps me to stay focused, reminds me not to give up like I did before, and gives me motivation to do much better than I did then. In 2009, 179 lbs was the lowest I had been in 9 years, and now I am heading toward 178 lbs (and below), which will be the lowest I've been in 13 years! So this little half lb below my goal weight this month means I'm a half lb closer to reaching that 2nd mini-goal, and that simply thrills me!
