  • I started my journey at 332 lbs and today I weighed in at 232 lbs which was one of my major milestones to hit. I only had 3 goals really.

    1. No longer obese
    2. 100 lbs
    3.Normal bmi

    I have 22 lbs to go to reach my original goal but I think I might be adding 10 lbs more to my target and shoot for 200 lbs. But i'm very pleased to hit the 100 mark, it seemed a million miles away on day 1.

    Well everybody is different but if I had to lose that 100 lbs all over again the most important 2 words I would need to know is "intermittent fasting" because of this simple yet genius way of eating I haven't had one weight loss plateu on my 31 weeks of this diet. I swear by intermittent fasting but it's not for some people, you should not hit a weight loss plateu if done correctly.

    I would also say don't make dieting and working out into a job or a hassle, think of dieting and working out as a lifestyle, incorporate and cement it into your lifestyle. Think of it like this, you have to brush your teeth everyday, just like you have to work out everyday, it's normal, it's routine, you just do it. Get this idea into your head and you will not fall off the wagon.

    Those 2 points are probably the most important things that helped me to lose this much so far.
