I ended up above my starting weight, but there was TOM and crazy stress at work. Now, I want to find ways to relax more, sleep more, workout a little and keep my head more in the game, so here I am again.

Noone has noticed my weight losses yet and it's 21lbs in a month..my clothes fit the same too! I know it's like the paper towel theory where you Dont notice the first sheets coming of the roll.. but I'm waiting for some visible results!
My whole family is getting some bathroom problems, none of us actually feel sick our only symptom is the bathroom, hoping my losses stick and that i didn't lose due to being dehydrated and sick that would be discouraging.
A small drop. I want to be back on plan today. I am so tired that I do not plan menus and mostly nibble on snacks. Last night, my dinner was stove popcorn (made from scratch). I have been craving for salty things.
I certainly do not eat enough proteins. So, I am counting my calories today and going grocery shopping.
