For the past couple of weeks I've been trying to analyze my eating habits to see where I fall short the most, and the answer is undoubtedly the nights, when I just can't control myself at all.
Today I tried out intuitive eating, and I realized that I'm not that hungry in the daytime, so I just didn't eat anything (I actually didn't feel hungry all day), and I'm ok with that because I know that I'll stuff myself in a few hours.
My question is, is it ok to just have one big meal at night and not eat much, if anything, in the daytime?
