    remember you can aim for any goal you want, whether its a couple of pounds, 10 pounds or even maintaining! No matter what you shot for.. you will be lighter than when you started the month!

  • Last month was a challenge, and I didn't lose very much. Looking forward to a more successful September. My goal for the month will be a little under 10 lbs. I'm wanting to hit my overall 20 lbs lost this month.

    SW 9/1: 288.0
    GW: 279.6
  • Been all over the place between 162 and 165. Keep trying to get it together, lose some water, then eat out, gain it back, blah. Need to lose some fat!

    Going to look for anything in the bottom of the 150's

    I've been thinking about this all day. I have raised my calorie level, so it's entirely possible I won't make my goal this month. But, I want to stay accountable and mindful of my intake. So, ~6 pounds is the goal!

    I had an excellent month last month, but for some reason I think this will be a slower one, no reason why, just a feeling, so I am going to shoot for 7lbs, which is still a great loss!

    Down 2.8lbs today. I can't quite believe it. I hope it sticks and 160s baby!

    I might need to revise my final goal weight soon. It's not over 'til the belly and leg fat have gone!
